I popped in to get my ear piercing checked as I felt that it wasn't positioned correctly (from a different piercing place). Lynette couldn't have been more helpful! She explained exactly what the problem was. She was meticulous in her hygiene practice and clearly very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back in the next time I am down that way! Thanks Lynette!

Chelsea at Eastland is amazing!. I was putting off piercings I've wanted for years and finally got the courage to do it. She made time for me, was professional, supportive, encouraging, comfortable to talk to and now my dream came true. I finally have them. After care was explained, jewellery options were explained and I am very happy with the outcome. Would definitely come back for any more. Fantastic, thankyou.

We had a great experience getting my daughters ears pierced with Chelsea & Eryn. They took their time to make my daughter feel comfortable. She was very brave & was very proud of her ear pierced certificate and bear. Thank you you girls for making it a memorable experience.

Chelsea was amazing. All three of my girls had their ears pierced today. Chelsea made them feel comfortable and calm and the whole experience was lovely. No tears and the girls even wanted a hug as they said goodbye. Could not recommend Essential Beauty more but especially Chelsea!
